Poor Paul's is incorporated. We are licensed with the State of Florida and The Department of Agriculture. All of our trucks are insured, our employees are covered under workers comp. We carry general liability insurance. All of our delivery trucks are refrigerated. Poor Paul is a certified food handler too! Even our scale has a state stamp, right under the thumbprint...
